Rulada de vita cu alune si kiwi / Beef roll with hazelnuts and kiwi

Seria retetelor din Targul de Sarbatori continua cu o reteta delicioasa.

Dar nu am sa scriu reteta pana nu imi ridic premiul de la Green Garl. Invit pe oricare dintre voi sa ia acest premiu virtual. Regula este sa spun 7 lucruri despre mine:

1. Am inceput sa gatesc acum 2 ani.
2. Ador vanilia si cafeaua.
3. Imi plac orhideele.
4. Culoarea mea preferata este rosu.
5. Imi plac vara, soarele si marea.
6. Orasul meu de suflet este Cluj Napoca.
7. Nu-mi plac agitatia si aglomeratia.
Acum pot sa va scriu si reteta :).

Ingrediente:
– 1 kg carne de vita
– 2 kiwi
– 15-20 alune
– 2 linguri ulei de alune
– sare
– apa

But I will not write the recipe until I’ll get my award from Green Garl . I invite everyone to take this virtual award. The rule says that I must tell 7 things about me:

7. I don’t like agitation and agglomeration.
Now I can write my recipe 🙂
 
Ingredients:
– 1 kg beef
– 2 kiwi
– 15-20 hazelnuts
– 2 tablespoons of hazelnut oil
– salt
– water

Se taie carnea in asa fel incat sa obtinem o bucata pe care sa o putem rula. Se taie kiwi in feliute si se aranjeaza pe bucata de carne.

We cut the meat so that we’ll obtain a piece of meat that can be rolled. We cut the kiwi into  pieces and we arrange them on the piece of meat.

Se pun alunele taiate in bucatele.

We put the hazelnuts cut in small pieces.

Carnea se ruleaza si se leaga cu ata.

We’ll roll the meat and we’ll tie it with thread.

Se pune intr-un vas termorezistent. Se adauga apa, ulei si putina sare. Se acopera cu un capac sau aluminiu si se baga in cuptorul preincalzit. Rulada este facuta atunci cand la inteparea cu furculita nu opune rezistenta. In ultimele 10 minute se lasa neacoperita pentru a se rumeni.

The roll will be put in a thermo resistant recipient. We’ll add water, hazelnut oil and some salt. We cover it with a lid or with aluminum and we put it in the preheated oven. The roll is ready when we prick it with a fork and doesn’t oppose any resistance. In the last 10 minutes we’ll let it uncovered to parch.

Aceasta rulada se poate servi ca aperitiv sau cu garnitura de orez sau cartofi.
You can serve this roll as a appetizer or with a side dish (rice or potatoes).
