Ciorba de somon cu legume
Probabil ca si voi, ca si noi, aveti un meniu bazat mai mult pe fructe si legume proaspete in aceasta perioada. Adevarul e ca nimanui parca nu ii vine sa stea in bucatarie si sa suporte caldura ca sa pregateasca ceva ce trebuie fiert mult timp. Mie imi era pofta de o ciorba de peste dar nu am avut nici o tragere de inima sa o pregatesc pana mi-am adus aminte ca am o solutie la indemana. Am facut ciorba la noul All-in-One Cooker Philips HD2151/40. In cateva minute am avut ciorba pregatita pentru pranz si nu am suferit de caldura in bucatarie!

Iata ce ingrediente am folosit:
-300 g somon
-50 ml ulei de măsline
-1 cartof
-1 morcov
-1 ceapa
-1 fir de usturoi
-1 ardei kapia
-2 tije de apio
-2 l de apa
-2 gălbenușuri
-o jumătate de lamaie
-sare
-piper

Mi-am pregatit ingredientele. Eu am avut o bucata oarecare de peste dar voi puteti folosi orice parte va place mai mult.

Am curatat legumele. Nu au fost cele mai fotogenice dar erau de ceva timp in frigider si mie nu imi place sa arunc mancare, asa ca le-am folosit la ciorba.

Am taiat toate legumele in bucatele de dimensiuni potrivite.

Odata pregatite legumele, putem incepe.

Am pus putin ulei in vas.

Am setat aparatul pe functia de sotare.

Pentru inceput am pus ceapa si am calit-o.

Eu am lasat-o la calit numai cat sa se inmoaie putin.

Apoi am pus apio si ardeiul. Am amestecat incet si am asteptat cateva minute sa se inmoaie si ele.

Au urmat morcovii.

In tot timpul cat am sotat legumele am amestecat incet cu o lingura de lemn.

Am pus si cartofii.

In final am pus bucata de somon si condimentele.

Am pus apa dupa care am inchis capacul aparatului, asa cum este descris in instructiuni. Am setat aparatul pe functia de fierbere pentru peste. Toate detaliile referitoare le veti gasi in manualul de utilizare iar apartul este si usor de folosit.

Cat a fiert ciorba eu am preparat amestecul de galbenusuri cu zeama de lamaie.

Intre timp a fiert si ciorba. A durat numai cateva minute!

Am scos pestele din ciorba si am scos pielea si oasele, am maruntit carnea si am lasat-o pe farfurie pana urma sa o pun inapoi.

In castronul in care aveam amestecul de galbenusuri cu zeama de lamaie am adaugat treptat cateva polonice de ciorba, amestecand usor. Astfel am adus galbenusurile la temperatura ciorbei. Am pus tot continutul castronului in oala cu ciorba si am amestecat incet pentru a omogeniza. Daca va plac bucatile mai mari de ou in ciorba, atunci puteti sa renuntati la pasul acela unde aduceti galbenusurile la aceeasi temperatura.

Am pus apoi bucatile de peste inapoi in ciorba.
