Cafea aromata pentru zile reci de toamna/Flavored coffee for cold autumn days

Zilele trecute am rasfoit blogul pentru a vedea ce retete sa mai pregatesc. Am observat cu stupoare ca pana acum nu am pus nici macar o singura reteta de cafea sau bautura pe baza de cafea! Mi-am zis ca nu e posibil asa ceva, mai ales pentru ca noi suntem mari iubitori de cafea.
M-am apucat de treaba si am venit cu o reteta de mare succes la noi si numai buna pentru aceasta perioada – cafea aromata cu marshmallows.
Few days ago I browsed the blog to see what recipes should I cook. I noticed with amazement that so far I haven’t posted a single recipe of coffee or a drink with coffee! I said it’s not even possible, especially because we are coffee great lovers.
I started working and I came up with a recipe of great success in our house and just perfect for this time – flavored  coffee with marshmallows.

Ingrediente:
– 500 ml de apa
– 4 lingurite de cafea
– scortisoara
-cuisoare
-cardamom
-zahar brun
-lapte
-marshmallows (bezele americane)

Ingredients:
– 500 ml of water
– 4 tablespoons of coffee
– cinnamon
-cloves
-cardamom
-brown sugar
-milk
-marshmallows

Pregatiti cafeaua la ibric, expresor, filtru. Important este sa fie tare. Trebuie sa va spun ca eu v-am dat cantitatile pe care le-am folosit eu, insa va trebui sa tineti cont de tipul de cafea pe care-l aveti, daca va place cafeaua tare si ce cantitate de bautura vreti sa preparati. Sau mai simplu, cantitatile sunt orientative.
Am pisat apoi condimentele si le-am adaugat peste laptele cald. Am pus zaharul dupa care am adaugat cafeaua si am amestecat. La final am pus marshmallows.
Bautura este gata pentru a fi servita! 🙂
Prepare the coffee in a pot, espresso, filter. It is important that the coffee to be strong. I must say that I have given quantities that I used, but you have to keep in mind the type of coffee you have, if you like to drink strong coffee  and how much you want to prepare. Or more simply, quantities are indicative.
I crushed spices and then we added them over the warm milk. I put sugar and after I added the coffee and then I stirred gently. Finally I put the marshmallows.
The drink is ready to be served! 🙂

Eu am preferat sa imi fac un pahar de cafea aromata cu marshmallows dar fara lapte. Si in aceasta varianta bautura este delicioasa.Weekend placut!
I chose to make my one cup of coffee without milk, only flavored and with marshmallows. Also in this version it’s a delicious beverage.
