Briose cu visine/Muffins with sour cherries
Din nou briose? Da, tot pentru cei doi tineri despre care v-am mai povestit. Este pacat sa nu profitam de fructele de sezon. Briosele cu visine mi s-au parut excelente ca si echilibru intre dulce si acrisor.
Ingrediente (pentru 36 de bucati)
– 500 g faina pentru patiserie
– 300 ml lapte
– 8 oua
– 50 g unt
– 150 g zahar
– 1 pliculet de praf de copt
– 2 pliculete de Bourbon Vanilla
– 1 esenta de rom
– 250 g visine
Pentru prepararea compozitiei am procedat ca si la briosele cu Nesscafe si nuci.
Si de aceasta data am obtinut niste prajiturele cu un gust foarte bun si care s-au bucurat de multa apreciere. Nu e de mirare mai ales ca prajiturile cu fructe sunt foarte populare!
Again muffins? Yes, also for the young couple of which I already told you about earlier. It’s a shame not to use the season’s fruits. Muffins with sour cherries seemed to be excellent – a combination between sweet and sour.

For the preparation of muffins’ compositions I followed the same steps as here.
I baked this time also very good muffins which were very appreciated. It was no surprise because the fruit cakes are very popular!
