V-am facut curiosi? Daca da, daca nu, oricum eu va spun cum sa le faceti.
Ingrediente:
– 6 oua
– 6 linguri de migdale pudra
– 6 linguri zahar
– 6 linguri faina
– colorant alimentar rosu
– esenta de migdale
– 50 g unt
– 2 linguri de lapte
– 7 g praf de copt

– 6 tablespoons of flour
– red alimentary color
– almond essence
– 50 g butter
– 2 tablespoons of milk
– 7 g baking powder
Ouale se amesteca bine dupa care se adauga zaharul, migdalele, esenta, untul moale, faina si praful de copt.
The eggs will be mixed well and after that we’ll add the sugar, almonds, essence, melted butter, flour and baking powder.
Se pune laptele si colorantul alimentar si se mixeaza.
We’ll add the milk and color and we mix well.
Compozitia se pune cu o lingura in forme de silicon. Tava pe care acestea sunt asezate se baga in cuptorul preincalzit. Se coc la foc mediu.
Briosele se testeaza pentru a vedea daca sunt coapte cu o scobitoare.
The composition will be put in silicon molds with a tablespoon. The tray on which we’ve arranged the molds will be put in the preheated oven. Muffins will be baked at medium temperature.
They will be tested with a toothpick to see if they are baked.
Le puteti decora cum doriti. Eu am avut banuti de ciocolata pe care i-am lipit cu putina ciocolata alba topita.
You can decorate them as you wish. I had some chocolate pennies which were “glued” with white melted chocolate.
