Prajitura cu morcov si mascarpone

Azi m-am gandit sa va povestesc putin despre o reteta facuta la minut, fara prea multe pretentii dar care s-a mancat urgent. Se va repeta si alta data, cu alte cantitati. Prajitura noastra cu morcov a fost pentru doua persoane, facuta intr-o tavita care parca face parte din setul unei papusi.

Ingredientele folosite sunt urmatoarele:
Blat
– 2 oua
– 2 linguri de zahar
– 4 linguri de faina
– 1/2 plic de praf de copt
– vanilie
– 1 morcov potrivit
– putina sare
– stafide

Crema
– 250g mascarpone
– 2 linguri de zahar pudra
– 2 linguri de lapte
– vanilie
– coaja de lamaie

Blatul l-am facut exact ca pe un pandispan simplu. Am separat albusurile si le-am mixat cu putina sare pana am obtinut o spuma tare. Apoi am adaugat zaharul si am mixat pana la omogenizare – in final am obtinut o spuma tare si lucioasa. Am adaugat apoi galbenusurile si am amestecat de sus in jos cu o spatula de silicon. Am pus pe rand faina, vanilia si praful de copt, amestecand incet de sus in jos pentru a omogeniza amestecul. La final am adaugat morcovul dat prin razatoarea mica si stors in palme si stafidele hidratate in apa minerala. Am copt blatul intr-o tava unsa cu putin unt si tapetata cu faina, cca 15 minute, la temperatura medie (aproximativ 160 de grade Celsius).
Intre timp am facut crema  si am stat cu sufletul la gura si ochii la cuptor. 🙂
Am pus 250 g de mascarpone intr-un bol si am mixat timp de 2 minute. Apoi am adaugat zaharul pudra, cele doua linguri de lapte, vanilia si coaja de lamaie. Am obtinut o crema densa si foarte aromata.

Nu am avut prea multa rabdare sa decorez prajitura, mai ales ca era ca un fel de incercare. Asa ca am taiat blatul si am pus crema, am pudrat putin zahar si am aruncat cateva stafide si am terminat. In mod normal prajitura ar trebui sa stea in frigider cateva ore ca sa se poata taia bine. Noi nu am avut rabdare si am taiat-o imediat.

Cu siguranta voi repeta reteta, insa voi tripla toate cantitatile, cu exceptia prafului de copt (voi pune un pliculet intreg), pentru a obtine o tava de dimensiuni normale.
