Piept de pui cu bere de cirese si mere / Chicken breast with cherry beer and apples

Zilele insorite si caldura neasteptata de afara m-au determinat sa gatesc si sa postez mai putin. Am preferat sa fac plimbari lungi in locuri minunate, sa ma bucur de flori, fluturi si iarba verde.
Dar ma gandesc si la voi. Probabil ca nu toti au timp sa se plimbe, poate ca unii dintre voi mai si gatesc. Asa ca m-am pus pe treaba si am facut ceva delicios.
Scrieti pe un biletel ingredientele:
– 330 ml bere de cirese (Belle Vue Kriek)
– 1 kg piept de pui
– 3 linguri ulei de masline
– cuisoare, piper alb
– 1 kg mere
– 50 g unt

Unexpected warm sunny days made me to cook and post less. I preferred to do long walks in beautiful places, to enjoy the flowers, butterflies and green grass.
But I thought about you. Probably not all of you have time to walk, maybe some of you have to cook. So I  made something delicious.
Write a note with the ingredients:
– 330 ml cherry beer (Belle Vue Kriek)
– 1 kg chicken breast
– 3 tablespoons olive oil
– cloves, white pepper
– 1 kg apples
– 50 g butter

Am taiat pieptul in bucati mai groase. Apoi am preparat marinata din jumatate din cantitatea de bere, ulei de masline, piper alb si cuisoare.
Am pus carnea in marinata si am amestecat pentru ca toate bucatile sa fie acoperite. Vasul a fost acoperit si pus in frigider pentru 6 ore.
I cut the breasts into thick pieces. Then I prepared the marinade of half the amount of beer, olive oil, white pepper and cloves.
I put meat in the marinade and I mixed so that all pieces to be covered. The vessel was covered and put in refrigerator for 6 hours.

Carnea se frige pe gratar sau tigaie grill fara ulei. In 8-9 minute veti avea bucati de carne de pui fragede si suculente, crocante la exterior, perfecte pentru a fi servite cu garnitura de mere.
Meat will be roasted on the grill or grill pan without oil. In 8-9 minutes you’ll have pieces of  tender and juicy chicken, crisp on the outside, perfect to be served with apple garnish.

Am spalat merele si le-am curata de coaja. Apoi le-am taiat in cubulete de marime potrivita.
I washed the apples and I peeled them. Then I cut them into cubes of medium size.


Merele se calesc in unt timp de 5-6 minute. Apoi se adauga berea si se lasa sa fiarba inca 15 minute la foc mic.
Apples are tempered in butter for 5-6 minutes. Then add the beer and boil another 15 minutes on low heat.
