Gogosele americane/Doughnuts

Acum ceva vreme am publicat pe un site culinar o reteta de gogosele. M-am gandit sa pastrez si aici aceasta reteta pentru ca poate pe unii dintre voi ii va interesa.

In urma cu mai mult timp am cumparat dintr-un supermarket un aparat de copt gogosele americane. Stiti de care gogosele vorbesc! Cele cu gaura pe mijloc. Nu puteam sa ma abtin si sa nu-l incerc! Daca nu aveti aparat pentru gogosele nu va faceti probleme. Au inceput sa se gaseasca si in magazinele romanesti un fel de tigai sau tavi  pentru acestea.
Iata ce ingrediente am folosit:
260 g de faina 
130 g de zahar
1 pliculet de vanilie Bourbon
250 ml de iaurt simplu
3 oua
3 linguri de ulei
10 g praf de copt
A while ago I published a recipe of doughnuts on a culinary site. I thought about keeping this recipe here because some of you might interested. Not long ago I bought a machine from a supermarket for baking American doughnuts. You know about what I’m talking! The ones with the hole in the middle. I could not help myself and not try it!
If you don’t have a device for baking doughnuts  don’t worry. They can be found in stores some special pans or trays to bake them.
Here are the ingredients I used:
260 g flour
130 g sugar
1 sachet of Bourbon vanilla
250 ml plain yogurt
3 eggs
3 tablespoons oil
10 g baking powder

Se amesteca faina, zaharul, vanilia, iaurtul, ouale, uleiul si praful de copt pana cand obtinem un aluat omogen. Nu va ingrijorati daca este putin mai gros decat aluatul de clatite. Este normal. Si asta a fost tot! Mai ramane decat sa le coaceti!

Mix flour, sugar, vanilla, yogurt, eggs, oil and baking powder until you’ll get a homogeneous dough. Do not worry if a little thicker than the pancake dough. It is normal. And that was it! You will only need to bake them!

Daca aveti aparat de copt gogoselele va trebui sa-l lasati cateva minute sa se incinga. Se vor unge apoi fiecare cuib cu o pensula de silicon inmuiata in ulei.
Apoi puneti aluatul cu ajutorul unui polonic sau al unei linguri. Se umple decat 2/3 din cuib pentru a-i permite gogoasei sa creasca. Se inchide apoi capacul aparatului si se coc cca 10 minute. 
Daca folositi o tigaie/tava speciala pentru aceste gogosele va trebui sa procedati putin diferit. Se vor unge mai intai cuiburile, se pune aluatul dupa care se introduce tava in cuptorul preincalzit sau se pune tigaia pe ochiul aragazului. Gogoselele vor fi gata cand devin rumene.
 If you have a baking device for doughnuts you will have to leave it for few minutes to heat up. Then coat each nest with a silicon brush dipped in  oil.
Then put the dough with a ladle or a spoon. Fill only 2/3 of the nest to allow the doughnut to grow. Close device’s cover and bake the doughnuts about 10 minutes.
If you’re using a pan / tray you will need to proceed a little bit different. First you will grease the nests, place dough in pan and then insert it in the preheated oven or place pan on  the stove. The doughnuts will be ready when they will have a nice goldish color.
Puteti sa le serviti pudrate cu zahar, simple, cu glazura, fructe sau cum am facut eu, cu bombonele si ciocolata neagra.
You can serve them with powdered sugar, simple, with icing, nuts or like I did with candies and dark chocolate.
