Pulpe de curcan cu sparanghel, mazare si camembert / Turkey drumsticks with asparagus, peas and camembert

Cu aceasta reteta particip la provocarea lunii mai “Dulcea Romanie” . De data aceasta gazda este Alina de la Explora Cuisine. Eu am ales ca si ingredient al acestei provocari sparanghelul. Nu ma pot declara o fana infocata, insa sotului meu ii place mult.
Am pregatit o reteta simpla si rapida.
Iata ce ingrediente am folosit:
– 3 pulpe inferioare de curcan
– condimente pentru curcan (boia iute, oregano, usturoi)
– 3 linguri de ulei
– 500 g sparanghel
– 50 g unt
– 300 g mazare
– 200 g branza camembert
With this recipe I attend at May‘s challenge Sweet Romania” This time the host is Alina from  Explora Cuisine. I chose for this challenge as main ingredient the asparagus. I can’t declare that I’m a ardent fan, but my husband likes very much the asparagus.
We prepared a simple and quick recipe.
Here are the ingredients I used:
3 chicken
turkey drumsticks
turkey spices (cayenne pepper, oregano, garlic)
3 tablespoons oil
500 g asparagus
50 g butter
300 g peas
200 g Camembert cheese

Se spala pulpele si se cresteaza. Apoi le condimentam si le asezam intr-o oala de argila pe care am tinut-o in prealabil in apa timp de 20 de minute. Adaugam uleiul si acoperim cu apa. Se pune capacul si se baga in cuptor. Acesta nu trebuie sa fie preincalzit. 
Pulpele s-au facut in 2 ore la foc mic. 
Wash the drumsticks and cut the skin in few places. Then spice them and put them in a clay pot that was kept in advance in water for 20 minutes. Add the oil and cover with water. Place the lid and put in oven. The oven should not be preheated.
The drumsticks were cooed in 2 hours on low heat.



Curatam sparanghelul si-l spalam. El va fi pregatit pe gratar.  
Asparagus was washed and peeled. It will be prepared on the grill.

Sparanghelul se pregateste pe gratar dupa care se pune intr-o tigaie in care am adaugat untul si se prajeste pe toate partile. Se condimenteaza dupa gust.  
Mazarea se fierbe si ea impreuna cu sare si putin oregano.
Asparagus is prepared on the grill and then put in a pan in which I added the butter and fried on all sides. Put the condiments that you like.
Peas will be boiled with salt and some oregano.


Noi am servit carnea de curcan cu sparanghel, mazare, branza camembert si rosii cherry. Delicios!
We served turkey with asparagus, peas, Camembert cheese and cherry tomatoes. Delicious!

Placinta cu leurda si branza de capra/ Wild garlic and goat cheese pie

Nu stiu daca ati gustat vreodata placinta cu branza de capra si leurda. Mie mi-a placut tare mult!
Unde sa mai punem ca se face rapid. In ultima vreme parca totul se reduce la timp. Cine are timp sa-mi dea si mie! 🙂
Dar sa va spun cum sa faceti placinta.
Ingrediente coca:
– 600 g faina (si 100 g pentru pus pe masa)
– 50 g unt
– 300 ml iaurt
– 1 ou
– 1 ou pentru uns (optional)
Ingrediente umplutura:
– leurda (10 frunze)
– 500 g branza de capra nesarata
– 2 oua

I don’t know if you ever tasted goat cheese and wild garlic pie. I loved it! 
And where mention that is baked rapidly. From a while all the things concern time. Who has time to spare please give it to me! 🙂
But let me tell you how to bake that pie. 
Ingredients for dough:
– 600 g flour (and 100 g to spread on the table)
– 50 g butter

– 300 ml yogurt
– 1 egg
– 1 egg for crust (optional)
Ingredients for filling:

– wild garlic (10 leaves)
– 500 g unsalted goat cheese
– 2 eggs


Am pregatit pentru inceput umplutura. Am spalat leurda si am tocat-o marunt dupa care am amestecat-o intr-un castron cu branza si cele doua oua. Amestecul rezultat se pune in frigider cat timp pregatim coca.
First I prepared the filling. I washed the wild garlic and I cut it. I mixed it in a bowl with goat cheese and the two eggs. The filling that resulted was put in the fridge as long as we prepare the dough.

Intr-un bol vom pune iaurtul, oul si untul rece. Se amesteca cu o spatula. Api se adauga treptat faina. Se obtine un aluat elastic. Acesta se pune in frigider 15 minute.
Apoi il scoatem din frigider si il impartim in doua bucati egale. Una dintre ele se intinde pe masa si apoi se pune in tava. Apoi se inteapa cu furculita.
In a bowl we will put the yogurt, the egg and cold butter. We will mix with a spatula. Then we’ll gradually add the flour. We’ll obtain an elastic dough. The dough will be put in the fridge for 15 minutes. 
After that we’ll take it out of the fridge and divide it by two. One of the pieces of dough will be stretched on the table and then put in the tray. Then it will be sting with a fork.

Punem umplutura si o aranjam frumos.
We’ll put the filling and we’ll arrange it.


Se intinde pe masa cea de-a doua bucata de aluat dupa care se pune peste umplutura. Se aranjeaza si se decoreaza dupa cum doriti. Apoi se da cu ou si se baga in cuptorul preincalzit.
Atunci cand placinta e coapta culoarea ei va fi auriu.
The second piece of dough will be also stretched on the table and after that is put on the filling. The dough is arranged and decorated as you wish. Smear it with the egg and put it in the preheated oven. 
When the pie is baked it’s color will be goldish.

Se serveste calda sau rece, cu salata sau simpla.
The pie is served warm or cold, with salad or simple.

Salata de fructe cu sos de banane / Fruits salad with banana sauce

In ultimele zile pare ca vara vrea sa vina ceva mai repede decat credeam. Si nu vrem sa ne prinda nepregatiti. E momentul potrivit sa incepem o dieta.
Siteul Divahair ne propune o serie de diete foarte variate. Pe pagina Diete de la A la Z puteti gasi cu siguranta o dieta care vi se potriveste. Eu am ales dieta cu legume si fructe.
Imi plac mult fructele si legumele insa uneori mi se face pofta de un desert. Asa ca a trebuit sa fiu destul de inventiva. Cum poti sa faci un desert dietetic si cu un sos delicios? Veti vedea imediat!
De ce anume avem nevoie:
– 2 banane coapte
– 2 lingurite de apa de flori de portocal
– cateva picaturi de zeama de lamaie
– 1 mango
– capsuni
– pepene rosu
– kiwi
– physalis

In the last few days it seems that summer wants to come earlier than I thought it will. And we really don’t want to catch us on the wrong foot. It’s time to begin a diet.
The Divahair site proposes us a various series of diets. On “A to Z diets” page you can find for sure a recipe that suits you. I chose the vegetables and fruits diet. 
I love very much the fruits and vegetables but sometimes I would like to have a dessert. So I had to be quite inventive. How can I prepare a dietetic dessert with a delicious sauce? I will see right now.
Here’s what we need:
– 2 soft bananas
– 2 teaspoons of orange blossom water
– few drops of lemon zest
– 1 mango
– strawberries
– watermelon
– kiwi
– physalis


 Se curata bananele. Se pun intr-un vas cu pereti inalti si se prepara un piure cu ajutorul unui blender. Apoi se adauga cateva picaturi de zeama de lamaie si doua lingurite de apa de flori de portocal. Vasul se acopera si se pune in frigider.
 We’ll peel the bananas. Put them into a recipient with high walls and prepare a puree with the aid of a blender. After that we’ll add few lemon zest drops and two teaspoons of orange blossom water. The recipient will be covered and will be put in the fridge.


Cu ajutorul unei lingurite vom lua bucatele mici de mango si le vom pune in castronasele de sticla.
With a teaspoon we’ll take small pieces of mango and we’ll put them in the glass bowls.
 
Dupa ce am spalat capsunile le vom taia in felii potrivite si le punem peste bucatile de mango in castronase.
After we washed the strawberries we will cut them into medium slices and we put them on the mango pieces in the bowls. 

Apoi se pune sosul de banane.
We’ll add the banana sauce.
 


Dupa ce am adaugat sosul vom mai pune bucatelele de pepene si kiwi, dupa care ornam cu physalis si punem castronasele in frigider pentru 20 de minute. Desertul obtinut va fi racoros si foarte aromat. Un deliciu!
After we added the sauce we will put the watermelon and kiwi pieces, it’s time to decorate the fruits salad with physalis and to put thebowls in the fridge for 20 minutes. This dessert will be so cool and perfumed. Delicious!

O felie de paine / One loaf of bread

Nu, nu am gresit titlul. O felie de paine – pentru unii putin, pentru altii nepretuita.
Sa va explic. In urma cu o saptamana discutam cu sora mea, proaspata mamica a unui baietel de 5 luni, despre felia de paine pe care voia sa o doneze. Nu am inteles la inceput. Apoi mi-a explicat ca da o felie din painea pe care tocmai o cumparase cuiva care are nevoie.

Putem sa alegem chiar si cazul pentru care dorim sa donam.
Am ramas impresionata de faptul ca aceasta companie s-a implicat intr-o asemenea actiune caritabila.
Realitatea este ca painea este unica hrana a multor oameni iar pentru altii ea reprezinta chiar un lux. Este trist ca se intampla asa ceva cand in aceasta lume exista atata risipa!
Cum as putea sa ignor un asemenea gest si sa nu-i aplaud pe cei de la Vel Pitar? Bravo, domnilor! Dumneavoastra sunteti un exemplu pentru mediul de afaceri din Romania! Mi-as dori sa vad mai des asemenea campanii.
Azi am pus si eu umarul pentru a-i ajuta pe cei nevoiasi. Am cumparat o paine si am introdus codul de pe pachet. Am sa va rog sa faceti si voi la fel atunci cand cumparati o paine din gama French Toast. Nu dureaza mult!
Si ca sa va dau un motiv in plus sa cumparati produsele din gama French Toast am sa ma folosesc de ceea ce fac eu mai bine: am sa va dau o reteta delicioasa de aperitiv cald.
Avem nevoie de:
– 9 felii de French Toast de secara
– 2 carnati din carne de oaie (sau de care doriti)
– 3 fire de ceapa verde
– 4 oua
– 1 legatura de patrunjel
– 1 ardei gras
– 5-6 linguri de lapte
– piper
– sare
– putina branza (optional)
No, it’s not a mistake. One loaf of bread – for some people is nothing, for others is everything. 
Let me explain. Last week I was talking with my sister, mother of a five months little boy, about the loaf of bread that she wanted to donate. In the beginning I didn’t understood. After that she explained me that she gives one loaf of the bread that she just had bought to someone who needed. 
A local company Vel Pitar donates a loaf of bread for each code that we introduce on www.imparte.ro.
The code is written on one side of each pack of French Toast. We can even choose the case for which we want to donate. 
I was impressed by the fact that this company is involved in such a charity campaign.
The reality is that the bread is the only food of many people and for others it represents a luxury product. It’s sad that this happens when in this world is such a waste of food!
How I could ignore such a gesture and not to applaud the people from Vel Pitar? Well done, gentlemen!
You are an example for business medium in Romania! I would like to see more often campaigns like this! 
I helped a bit myself. I bought a bread and I introduced the code. I would like to ask you kindly to do the same thing if you buy French Toast. It won’t take long!
To give you one more reason to buy the products from French Toast line I will use what I know the best: I’ll give you a delicious recipe of warm appetizer.
We’ll need:
– 9 loafs of  rye French Toast
– 2 sausages made of mutton meat (or what kind of meat do you want)
– 3 pieces of green onion
– 4 eggs
– 1 bunch of parsley 
– 1 bell pepper
– 5-6 tablespoons of milk
– pepper
– salt
– some cheese (optional)

Am pregatit painea pe care am taiat-o in asa fel incat sa incapa cat mai bine in vas.
I prepared the toasted which was cut so that could fit  the recipient.

Am spalat si am curatat legumele.
I washed and I peeled the vegetables.

Intr-un bol incapator am batut cele patru oua impreuna cu piperul si sarea.
In a large bowl I beaten the four eggs with pepper and salt.

Am taiat ceapa, ardeiul, carnatii si patrunjelul si le-am pus in vasul cu oua batute. Am omogenizat compozitia.
I cut the onions, bell pepper, sausages and the parsley and I put them in the bowl where earlier I beaten the eggs. I homogenized the composition. 

Am folosit doua vase din ceramica pe care le-am pudrat cu putina faina.
I used two ceramic recipients which were powdered with some flour.

Am aranjat feliile frumos in vase dupa care am pus in fiecare jumatate din cantitatea de umplutura.
I arranged the loafs nice into the recipients and I put in each of them half of the quantity of filling. 

Am pus si feliile deasupra umpluturii. Apoi am picurat cu ajutorul unei linguri lapte pe fiecare felie. Astfel ele vor ramane fragede in interior si usor crocante la exterior.
Am bagat vasele in cuptorul preincalzit. L-am fixat la temperatura medie si am lasat vasele cam 15-20 de minute.
Cand am scos vasele din cuptor am presarat putin branza deasupra pe felii.
I put also the loafs on the top of the filling. After that, I dropped some milk with a tablespoon on each loaf. They will remain soft inside and will have a crunchy crust. 
I put the recipients in the preheated oven. I put it at a medium temperature and I left the recipients in it for 15-20 minutes.
When I took the recipient out of the oven I spread some cheese on the loafs.

Pasca cu urda dulce/Pasca with soft cottage cheese

V-am spus ca inca nu am terminat cu retetele de la Paste! Nu mai am multe.
Cum pentru mine pasca este nelipsita de pe masa de Paste, nici anul acesta nu puteam sa sar peste prepararea ei. Si daca are si multa urda, multe stafide si vanilie chiar ca sunt fericita!

De ce aveti nevoie ca sa faceti doua pasti (diametru 26 cm).
Coca:
– 1 kg faina
– 25 g drojdie proaspata
– 4 oua
– 500 ml lapte
– 250 g zahar brun
– vanilie
– 100 g unt
– 100 ml ulei

Umplutura:
– 1 kg urda
– 4 oua
– 300 g stafide
– 100 ml lichior de cirese (visinata)
– 150 g zahar brun
– vanilie

I told you that I didn’t finish the Easter recipes! I don’t have so many.
For me pasca is a a must on my Easter table. This year makes no exception and I couldn’t skip pasca’s baking. And if it has a lot of sweet soft cottage cheese, a lot of raisins and vanilla then I’m very pleased!
Here’s what you need to bake 2 pasca.
 Dough:
– 1 kg flour
– 25 g bakers yeast
– 4 eggs
– 500 ml milk
– 250 g brown sugar
– vanilla
– 100 g butter
– 100 ml sunflower oil
Filling:
– 1 kg soft cottage cheese
– 4 eggs
– 300 g raisins
– 100 ml cherry liqueur
– 150 g brown sugar
– vanilla

Am preparat pentru inceput umplutura. Stafidele au fost lasate sa se hidrateze cateva ore in lichior si putina apa minerala.
Urda am pus-o intr-un bol. Am adaugat zaharul, vanilia, ouale si stafidele hidratate. Am amestecat compozitia si am pus-o in frigider. Aromele se vor imbina mult mai bine decat daca am prepara umplutura inainte de a baga pasca in cuptor.
In the beginning I prepared the filling. The raisins were left to hydrate few hours in liqueur and some sparkling water. 
I put the soft cottage cheese into a bowl. I added sugar, vanilla, eggs and hydrated raisins. I mixed the composition and I put it in the fridge. The flavors mixed better this way.

Am pus intr-un vas mare jumatate din cantitatea de faina. Am format o gaura in faina si am pus zaharul, vanilia si drojdia sfaramata.
I put in a big recipient half of  the quantity of flour. I formed a hole in flour and I added sugar, vanilla and spread bakers yeast.

Am adaugat apoi  in gaura formata in faina100 ml lapte caldut (la aproximativ 30 grade C). Atentie! Laptele fierbinte distruge drojdia. Am acoperit cu faina si am asteptat 15 minute pana cand compozitia a inceput sa dospeasca. Am adaugat apoi restul de faina si laptele. Am framantat putin pentru omogenizare.
I added 100 ml of warm milk in the hole that I formed in flour  (it had approximatively 30 C degrees). Attention! Hot milk will destroy yeast!
I covered it with flour and I waited 15 minutes until the composition begun to yeast. After that I added the rest of the flour and milk. I kneaded a little bit to homogenize the composition.

Am batut ouale si am adaugat untul topit si racit si uleiul. Am omogenizat. Am framantat apoi coca punand treptat din vasul cu oua amestecate cu grasime (am pus de 5-6 ori). Dupa ce amestecam si framantam bine (mie mi-a luat cam 10 minute operatiunea) lasam coca la dospit intr-un loc caldut pana isi dubleaza volumul.
I mixed the eggs and I added melted and cooled butter and sunflower oil. I homogenized. After that I kneaded the dough gradually putting from eggs and grease composition (I added 5-6 times). After we mix and we knead well (it took about 10 minutes) we leave the dough to yeast in a warm place until it doubles the volume. 

Cand coca a dospit o impartim in doua. Se pune cate o bucata pe masa unsa cu putin ulei si se modeleaza.
When the dough yeasted we divide by two. We’ll put one piece on the table (on which we put some oil) and we’ll modeling it.

Coca se pune in forma. Apoi in centru punem umplutura si facem impletitura si cruce. Daca doriti puteti sa o ungeti cu un pic de ou amestecat cu 2 linguri cu lapte.  Apoi se baga in cuptorul preincalzit si se coace la temperatura medie. Veti sti cand e gata. Va avea o frumoasa culoare aurie.
The dough will be put in a baking form. In the center we’ll put the filling and we’ll make the the knitting and the cross. If you want you can put some egg mixed with two tablespoons with a brush on the dough. Put the form in the preheated oven and bake it at medium temperature. You’ll know when it’s ready. It will have a nice goldish color.

A fost tare gustoasa si parfumata. Abia astept sa o fac din nou anul viitor!
It was very tasty and flavored. I can’t wait to bake it again next year!
